Store Policies & Donation Guidelines

Sales & Return Policy

At Our Sister’s Place, we strive to provide quality items at fair prices while supporting our mission. Please review our sales and return policies before making a purchase:

All sales are final on all items, with the exception of small kitchen appliances and electronics.
Small kitchen appliances and electronics may be returned within 24 hours if they do not function properly. If an item is purchased on Saturday, the return window extends until Tuesday, as we are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Jewelry, Designer Handbags/Shoes, Paintings & Objet D’Art Purchase Policy

We take great care in pricing our unique and high-value items fairly. Please note that there are no returns, store credits, or price adjustments on the following:

With thousands of sellers online, pricing for similar items may vary. Before making a purchase, please be certain that you understand and agree to our policy.

Item Holds

We do not hold items for any reason. All purchases are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Donation Information

We gratefully accept donations to support our mission! Please follow these guidelines for donating:

Donations are accepted at our rear entrance from Tuesday through Saturday, 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
Please do not leave donations outside our doors when we are closed.
